Camp Waratah - Tamworth - Tuesday 12th July - U8-U14

Australian Rugby Union

Course Day: Tuesday 12th July
Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Location: Tamworth Rugby Park, Tamworth
Session Information: Aim: To improve individual skills to participate in Rugby.

Age Group: 8-14 years old boys and girls

Skills required: new and current Rugby players of all ability

Skills covered: The on-field sessions will cover the key skills area of catch and pass, evasion, contact tackle, ruck and maul, set plays and physical preparation for Rugby. The program will be fun and rewarding with a commitment to quality coaching outcomes

(Each participant at every camp will receive a Gilbert Rugby ball, a backpack and a water bottle).

Details: What do we bring?

Please remember that mouthguards are required for all participants attending the camp. Headgear and shoulder pads are optional.

Also remember to bring: a drink, lunch, morning and afternoon tea, swimmers and a towel, trainers and footy boots, jersey and a t-shirt and don't forget to apply sunscreen before you come along!
